DREAMBIGGER (Alexander, “we”) provides privacy-focused website analytics. This policy describes personal data handled when you visit our website, create an account, or use the service.
Data we handle
Account details include your email address and password hash. Service data includes the websites you add, analytics events, settings, integration credentials, and API key hashes. We do not store account passwords in plain text.
The analytics tracker is designed to work without cookies. It derives a rotating, site-specific visitor identifier from request data and the date. Event data may include page paths, referrer and campaign fields, country, device, browser, and operating system. Bot events are stored separately from the billable event count.
Why and how long we use it
We use account and service data to provide reports, secure accounts, operate integrations, answer support requests, and bill paid subscriptions. Raw analytics retention depends on the plan shown in your account. Account and billing records are kept while needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to legal requirements.
Service providers
We use Stripe to process subscriptions and payment details. Stripe receives the information needed to create and manage your subscription; card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored on Alexander servers. We also use infrastructure providers to host the service and store its database. Connected analytics providers are only accessed when an account owner configures an integration.
Security and international transfers
We use access controls and encryption for stored provider credentials. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the applicable transfer safeguards provided by that provider.
Your choices and contact
